Description
Juniper is the berry that flavours gin, and it gives a fragrance a crisp, resinous, pine-like freshness. Code 1257 puts it over incense, a pairing that moves from cold air to warm smoke as it develops.
Juniper berries open it sharp, piney and slightly peppery. Incense forms the heart: dry, smoky and resinous, with the meditative quality customers associate with churches and temples.
Vanilla and sandalwood soften it in the base, adding a creamy warmth that makes the smoke wearable every day. Unisex and atmospheric, it suits a niche-style range or an autumn-winter release.

Does juniper smell like gin?
Juniper is gin's main botanical, so there is a resemblance crisp, piney and fresh without the sweetness of a full gin accord.
Is the incense heavy?
It is smoky but not dense. The vanilla and sandalwood base takes the edge off, so it reads as warm and calm.
Is it unisex?
Yes. Incense and woods are traditionally masculine, but the vanilla gives it broad appeal.
