Description
Ambroxan is one of the few perfume materials customers search for by name a clean, ambery, skin-like note behind many of the best-selling fragrances of the last decade. Code 1260 sets it under a bright pear and ginger opening, ready-mixed for bottling.
Pear and ginger open it: crisp, juicy fruit with a fresh, zingy spice. Orange blossom in the heart adds a soft, honeyed floral note.
Ambroxan carries the base warm, slightly salty and mineral, with the radiance that makes it so popular. Modern, unisex and easy to wear, it suits an everyday core SKU.

What is ambroxan?
An aroma material with a warm, ambery, slightly salty-woody smell, originally developed as an alternative to ambergris. It is long-lasting and radiates from the skin.
Why pair pear with ambroxan?
The pear gives a crisp, juicy start; the ambroxan gives a clean, persistent base. Together they feel fresh at the start and warm at the finish.
How does it compare with 1263 Aquatic Sea Salt Amber?
Both end on ambroxan. 1260 is fruity and floral; 1263 is marine and salty.
Is it long-lasting?
Yes. Ambroxan is one of the most persistent materials in modern perfumery.
Which allergens go on my label?
Perfume is a leave-on product, so any allergen above 0.001% in the finished perfume must be named in your ingredient list. The allergen declaration supplied with 1260 gives each one with its percentage. Great Britain still uses the original 24-allergen list; EU products placed on the market from 31 July 2026 follow the expanded list in Regulation (EU) 2023/1545.
