Every finished perfume sold in the UK or EU needs a safety report, a product file and a notification. Our assessors already know this oil.
Description
Boozy fruit is one of the more playful directions in current perfumery, and peach with rum is an easy pairing to sell. Code 1254 is supplied ready-mixed, so a brand can bottle a fun, juicy product without development work.
Blood orange and peach open it: sharp, slightly bitter citrus against soft, velvety stone fruit. Rum takes over in the heart, warm and sweet, turning the fruit into something closer to a cocktail.
Vanilla finishes it creamy and comforting. Juicy at the start and warm at the end, it bridges summer and autumn and works well as a gift-set or party-season product.

Compliance documents supplied with this oil
Every bulk order from Phoenix Cosmetic Safety ships with the paperwork you need to put the finished product on the UK or EU market not just the oil.
- IFRA Conformity Certificate the maximum safe dosage for your product category, issued for the batch you buy.
- Allergen declaration every declarable allergen with its percentage, so your label meets Annex III as amended by Regulation (EU) 2023/1545.
- Safety Data Sheet (SDS) 16-section GHS document for your carrier, warehouse and Amazon hazmat review.
- Technical data sheet flashpoint, density, solubility, appearance and recommended dosage.
Need the finished-product documents too? We are a cosmetic regulatory consultancy as well as a supplier: we prepare the Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR), Product Information File and SCPN/CPNP notification for the perfume you make with this oil. No other bulk oil supplier does both.
Questions about this oil
Why blood orange rather than regular orange?
Blood orange is sharper, slightly bitter and berry-like. It stops the peach from reading as candy.
How does it compare with 1244 Fresh Coconut Lime?
Both use rum. 1244 is tropical and fresh, with lime and coconut; 1254 is juicier and warmer, with peach and a vanilla base.
And with 1264 Oriental Tobacco Rum?
1264 pairs rum with passion fruit and leather for a darker, masculine oriental. 1254 is brighter, fruitier and unisex.
Is it long-lasting?
The fruit is in the opening; the rum and vanilla carry the drydown, which is the longest-lasting part.
Which allergens go on my label?
Perfume is a leave-on product, so any allergen above 0.001% in the finished perfume must be named in your ingredient list. The allergen declaration supplied with 1254 gives each one with its percentage. Great Britain still uses the original 24-allergen list; EU products placed on the market from 31 July 2026 follow the expanded list in Regulation (EU) 2023/1545.
What sizes and lead time?
A 5 ml sample, 500 ml and 1000 ml, shipped in 4–6 working days with IFRA certificate, allergen declaration and Safety Data Sheet.
