Woody Pepper Amber Men 1217 Perfume Oil

Description 

Six materials no sweetness no complication. Code 1217 is one of the most economical compositions in the catalogue and it works because each material has room oak in the heart, which is unusual, does most of the character.

Black pepper and bergamot open it dry and bright. The pepper leads, which sets a serious tone immediately.

Oak and vetiver form the heart. Oak is normally a base material; placed here it gives the fragrance a dry, tannic woodiness from early on, and vetiver's earthiness reinforces it. This is a heart with no florals and no spice sweetness  unusual, and deliberately spare.

Musk and amber close it soft and warm, the only concession to comfort in the whole composition. Clean, dry and masculine without trying  a good choice for a brand that wants a simple woody at a competitive price.

Dosage: 15–22% in an alcohol-based eau de toilette 1–3% in rinse off.
