Description
Beeswax in a citrus composition is unusual and very effective. Citrus fragrances are bright but thin; beeswax gives this one a warm, waxy body that fills out the middle where most citrus compositions have nothing.
Mandarin and lemon open it sunny and sweet. Mandarin is the rounder of the two and it sets a warmer tone than a sharp lemon-led opening would.
Orange blossom and beeswax form the heart. Orange blossom is honeyed and floral; beeswax is waxy, ambery and faintly smoky, and together they produce something golden and dense the beeswax in particular gives the fragrance a texture that citrus alone never has.
Amber and white woods close it warm and light. The composition is simple six materials but the beeswax makes it feel considerably richer than its ingredient list suggests. Well suited to bath, body and home products.

1036 is a full honey floral with caramel and patchouli. 1047 is far lighter a citrus with beeswax giving it warmth rather than a honey fragrance.
