The cannabis accord in perfumery is a reconstruction created from conventional aroma materials to produce a herbaceous, resinous and slightly smoky effect, without cannabis extract, THC or CBD. The fragrance opens with a darker hashish-style accord, giving it a resinous direction from the first impression.

Does this contain real cannabis, THC or CBD?
No. The cannabis accord is a reconstruction built from conventional perfumery materials that together produce the characteristic smell. It contains no cannabis extract, no THC and no CBD, so a finished product made with it is a normal cosmetic and is not subject to controlled-substance regulation.
Is it legal to sell a cannabis-scented perfume?
Yes, because the accord contains no controlled substances. Your finished product still needs the usual cosmetic compliance CPSR, PIF, notification and a Responsible Person which we can prepare.
Will it cause problems on marketplaces?
