Description
Coffee usually sits in the heart or base of a fragrance, arriving after the citrus has faded. Code 1120 places it directly in the top notes with rose oil beside it, creating a brighter and lighter interpretation of the category. This fragrance oils profile combines rose, coffee in a distinctive café rose style.
Coffee and rose oil form the opening, with coffee bringing roasted bitterness and rose oil adding a rich, slightly jammy floral depth. The pairing creates a smooth balance between warm spice, roasted notes and a velvety rose character rather than feeling overly heavy.
Vanilla and Amalfi lemon form the heart, while white musk and amber create the base notes with a clean, warm finish. The result is a lighter coffee fragrance with a rich rose character, suitable for unisex positioning. If supported by supplier documentation, claims such as vegan can also be used.

Questions about this oil
Why put coffee in the top notes?
It makes the fragrance far brighter and lighter than a typical coffee gourmand, where coffee sits in the base and weighs everything down. Here it hits immediately and is lifted by the rose and lemon rather than buried.
Does coffee and rose actually work together?
Yes they share a warm, slightly sour facet, so they blend rather than clash. It is one of the more elegant pairings in the catalogue.
How does it compare with 1064 Smoky Tobacco Oud?
1064 uses coffee alongside tobacco for a dark, heavy, evening fragrance. 1120 is the opposite bright, floral and wearable in daylight.
Is it suitable for room fragrancing?
Yes, and it is a good choice for cafés, retail spaces and gift candles, where coffee is an obvious and welcome signal.
Is it unisex?
Yes. The coffee keeps it from being feminine and the rose and lemon keep it from being heavy, so it sits comfortably across both.
