Description
Green tea created an entire fragrance category and has never stopped selling it is the defining profile of spa, wellness and clean-beauty positioning. Code 1209 fills the one obvious remaining gap in this range.
Green tea opens with bergamot, and the tea note is the whole proposition: dry, slightly bitter, faintly smoky and green, with none of the sweetness a herbal accord could easily fall into.
Chamomile and sage build the heart. Chamomile is soft, apple-like and calming in association as much as in smell; sage is dry and herbal. Together they reinforce the tea rather than competing with it, which is why the composition stays legible.
Musk and soft woods close it quietly. The restraint throughout is deliberate a tea fragrance that projects loudly defeats its own purpose. This is a scent for spas, wellness ranges, treatment rooms and clean-beauty brands, where a fragrance should be noticed only at arm's length.
