Description
Coriander seed is spicy, citrusy and faintly woody a material that performs several roles at once and is unusual in marine fragrances. Code 1113 uses it alongside marine notes and fresh mint, giving the opening a lift that ordinary citrus cannot provide.
Marine notes, mint and coriander open the fragrance together. The marine accord creates a saline freshness, mint adds a cool effect, and coriander brings a spicy citrus brightness that connects the freshness with a subtle warmth.
Neroli and lavender form the heart, bringing a honeyed-bitter floral character with an aromatic grooming feel. Musk, amber and cedar close the fragrance with a soft, warm base, where amber adds longevity and makes this aquatic profile easier to wear beyond warmer weather.

What does coriander add?
Spicy, citrusy and faintly woody all at once. In a marine composition it gives a lift and a warmth that ordinary citrus cannot.
How does it compare with 1063 and 1164, your other marines?
1063 is the clean classic, 1164 the long-lasting ambered one. 1113 is the coolest of the three through the mint, and the only one with coriander.
Is it suitable for grooming products?
Yes the neroli and lavender heart is the classical grooming accord and suits aftershave and shower gel well.
Is it long-lasting?
Better than most marines, thanks to the amber in the base.
