Every finished perfume sold in the UK or EU needs a safety report, a product file and a notification. Our assessors already know this oil.
Description
Marine fragrances are often built around air, salt and citrus, with a lighter structure. Code 1099 adds jasmine in the heart, creating a richer aqua bergamot profile with more depth than a typical aquatic fragrance.
Bergamot and marine notes open it clean and saline, giving the fragrance its fresh aquatic character. Jasmine and rosemary form the heart, with jasmine adding a soft floral richness while rosemary brings a dry herbal freshness that gives the composition more substance.
Cedarwood, musk and patchouli close the fragrance with a smooth, earthy finish. Patchouli adds depth and longevity, making this one of the fuller-bodied marine fragrances in the catalogue for customers looking for freshness with more character.

Questions about this oil
Why jasmine in a marine fragrance?
Marine compositions are transparent by nature. Jasmine is indolic and rich, and it gives the heart a substance that customers notice even if they cannot name the material.
How does it compare with 1063, 1113 and 1164?
1063 is the clean classic, 1113 the coolest through mint and coriander, 1164 the longest-lasting through amber. 1099 is the fullest-bodied, thanks to the jasmine and patchouli.
Is patchouli unusual in an aquatic base?
Yes it adds earth and longevity where a marine base is normally light. It is part of what gives this composition its weight.
Who is it for?
A customer who finds fresh fragrances thin or empty. It is the aquatic with the most substance in the range.
Is it suitable for grooming?
Yes aftershave and shower gel both suit it, and the longevity is an advantage.
