Description
Pistachio has moved from pastry counters into fragrance and is now one of the most requested gourmand notes. It is the only oil in this catalogue featuring this note, and pairing it with tuberose and coconut creates a distinctive perfume oil profile a nutty white floral with a refined gourmand character.
Bergamot and pistachio open the fragrance. Pistachio brings a milky, nutty and slightly green quality that gives the composition its identity from the first seconds. The heart of coconut, tuberose, ylang-ylang creates a rich floral structure, with creamy white florals amplifying the smoothness of the pistachio.
Coconut, amber and musk form the base, extending the creamy texture into the drydown. The creamy coconut effect blends with warm amber and soft musk, creating a smooth fragrance with sultry florals that feels indulgent without becoming a simple dessert scent.

Questions about this oil
What does pistachio smell like in fragrance?
Nutty, milky and slightly green closer to pistachio cream than to the raw nut. It is one of the fastest-rising gourmand notes and gives a composition an immediate point of difference.
Is it a floral or a gourmand?
Both. The tuberose and ylang-ylang make it a white floral; the pistachio and coconut make it a gourmand. The combination is what makes it unusual.
Is tuberose too strong?
Tuberose can dominate, but the nutty pistachio anchors it here and keeps the composition rounded rather than overwhelming.
How does it differ from 1187 Coconut Vanilla?
1187 is a straightforward creamy coconut with a vanilla base. 1021 is more complex pistachio and white florals make it distinctive rather than simply comforting.
Which formats suit it?
Body cream, hair mist and eau de parfum. Creamy gourmands sell particularly well in body care.
