Does it actually feel cooling on skin?
The scent reads as cooling. A genuine physical cooling effect comes from menthol, which is a separate functional ingredient this is the fragrance component and pairs well with it.
Does it smell like toothpaste?
No. The mint here is spearmint-like rather than sweet peppermint, and the lavender and geranium steer it toward barbershop rather than oral care.
