Description
Yuzu has become one of the most recognisable citrus notes in fragrance and skincare, and customers now know the name. Pairing it with coconut gives 1023 a clean tropical character that is more sophisticated than a standard beach scent fresh first, creamy second.
Yuzu and lemon open it sharp and faceted; yuzu is more complex than lemon, with a floral, slightly bitter edge that makes the opening more interesting. Coconut sits underneath from the start, adding creaminess without weight.
Orange blossom and mint in the heart keep it bright the mint is a small touch and does a lot of work, preventing the coconut from turning the fragrance heavy as it develops.
White woods and musk close it clean and soft. The result is a summer fragrance that works on both men and women and that reads as expensive rather than as holiday sunscreen.
