Bloemige Amber 1088 Parfumolie is een verfijnde geur die verfrissende mariene frisheid combineert met aromatische kruiden en warme amberakkoorden. De geur opent met sprankelende bergamot en frisse mariene noten, wat zorgt voor een schone en verkwikkende eerste indruk. Why is the product called Floral Amber if there are no florals?
The original name in our catalogue was inaccurate the composition is marine, herbal and ambery with no floral notes. We have renamed it Marine Amber Fougère so the name matches what you are buying.
What is a fougère?
A fragrance structure built on lavender, aromatic herbs and mossy woods. It is the classic masculine and barbershop profile and underpins most grooming fragrance.
Does it contain oakmoss?
No. Oakmoss is heavily restricted under IFRA. The oak and incense in the base provide the dry, woody character a traditional fougère would take from oakmoss, without the restriction.
Is it suitable for shaving products?
Yes it is the best oil in the range for aftershave, shaving cream and beard care, where the herbal-woody profile is what customers expect.
Is it masculine or unisex?
Classed as unisex but leaning masculine. The marine opening broadens it beyond a traditional barbershop scent.
