What documents do I need to sell cosmetics in the UK or EU?

Four: a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR), a Product Information File (PIF), a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for marketplaces and carriers, and a product notification on SCPN (Great Britain) or CPNP (EU and Northern Ireland). You also need a Responsible Person established in the market.

What is included in the All-in-One package?

The CPSR (Parts A and B), the PIF, the SDS, one SCPN or CPNP notification, and a digital compliance statement — all for one product, prepared by one assessor.

How much does the All-in-One package cost?

£131.25 on 72-hour delivery, £170.62 on 48-hour and £210 on 24-hour. Bought separately the same documents cost £175.

How long does it take?

72 hours from receipt of your complete formulation and raw-material documents. 48-hour and 24-hour options are available at checkout.

Does the package cover both the UK and the EU?

The CPSR, PIF and SDS are prepared to both frameworks. The package includes one notification (SCPN or CPNP); add the second portal for £30 if you sell in both markets.

Do I still need a Responsible Person?

Yes. A Responsible Person established in the UK (for Great Britain) or the EU (for EU and Northern Ireland) is a separate legal requirement. Phoenix can act as your UK and/or EU Responsible Person.

Can one package cover several shades or scents?

Yes, if they share the same base formula. Choose the multi-variant option at checkout; each variant is assessed within the same CPSR.

What do I need to provide?

Your full ingredient list (INCI) with percentages, supplier Safety Data Sheets and Certificates of Analysis for each raw material, a product description, and your label artwork.

Is the CPSR signed by a qualified assessor?

Yes. Every CPSR is signed by a named assessor holding a degree in pharmacy, toxicology, medicine or an equivalent discipline, as Article 10(2) requires.
