Why register and appoint a US agent together?
MoCRA requires each facility that manufactures or processes cosmetics for the US to register with FDA under FD&C Act section 607, and a foreign facility's registration must name a US agent. Doing both together means the registration is submitted once, with the agent already in place. Phoenix Safety Consultants LLC acts as your US agent. There is no government fee.
