To develop a compliant Product Information File (PIF), the following essential documents must be included:

Product Packaging Artwork – A detailed representation of the product's labeling and design to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stability Report – A comprehensive analysis demonstrating the product's stability and shelf life under specified conditions.
IFRA Conformity Report – Certification from the raw material supplier confirming compliance with the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) standards.
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) – Complete SDS for both finished products and raw materials, providing critical safety, handling, and hazard information.
