We check your existing registration in Cosmetics Direct, update any changed details, such as products, brands or your US agent, and submit the renewal. What is MoCRA registration renewal?
Under section 607(a)(3) of the FD&C Act, added by MoCRA, a cosmetic facility registration must be renewed every two years. Cosmetics Direct now shows a registration status and renewal date for each facility. Renewal is a chance to correct details such as categories, brands and the US agent for foreign facilities. There is no government fee.
