How does white pepper differ from black pepper?
It is cleaner and less biting the heat is present but rounded, without the sharp edge. It appears in no other oil in this range.
Why iris with pepper?
Iris is cool and powdery, white pepper warm and rounded. Neither dominates, and the tension between them gives the heart real interest.
How does it compare with 1117 Bergamot Pepper?
1117 uses two peppers and ambroxan for high projection and a contemporary feel. 1131 is quieter and more refined, better suited to office and daytime wear.
